New member, been reading this and several other AAS boards for months gathering knowledge.
Just under 6', 178, 12-13%BF. Will be 33 this year, started lifting with my dad at 10. Got serious when I was around 15-16 and training in Martial Arts, Kickboxing and wrestling. Tried a couple Dbol only cycles around 20-21. Didn't know any better then. Was around 195 and 10%BF, hit around 210 with the DBol.
Got married, got lazy for almost 10 years and became skinny fat. Was 185 and probably 20+% BF. Finally got fed up 6 months ago. Cut down to 164 and then bulked to where I am now.
Anyway, goal is to get to around my same previous weight, with 10-12%BF.
Last Thursday front loaded 500mg Test E and 500iu HCG and then 300mg Mon. Taking Aromasin at .5mg EOD.
Plan is 600mg Test E for 8 weeks with 500iu HCG per week and Dbol at 20-30mg a day for the last six. Then Clomid/Nolvadex in typical format. I waited on the DBol, in case I get side effects. That way, it would hopefully be easier to tell which one is causing them.
Diet is 3300-3600 calories a day. 55/25/20 macros. I use one ON Pro Gainer shake w/ 16oz of 2% milk per day, to make it easier getting all the calories in.
Workout is 4-6 days a week. I vary the way things are split, depending on time available, energy, etc.
I think that's about it. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open. Thanks!
