Hey, just thought I'd quit lurking and register. I'm 37, train BJJ 6 days a week, and do S&C 3-5 days a week. I got on TRT a little over a year ago and it has been life changing. Every time I tried to bulk in the past, I put on mostly fat. So I was walking around at maybe 145. Now I'm about 170 and have the same pants size as I did at 145. Not to mention the confidence, bedroom desire, etc. that TRT has brought.

Now I am looking to step things up to the next level. I bought some UGL test from a friend and added 150mg/week on top of my 180mg/week TRT. I've been running that for about 2 months and have seen mostly recovery gains, with some strength gains. My total T virtually doubled when I did bloodwork, so I know it's legit. I'm thinking after I do my doctor-required bloodwork in December, I'd like to do a proper blast. My goals are to gain strength (primary goal) and make a lean 175-180, while still being able to perform at a high level in jiu-jitsu. I was considering one of two options:

A - Add an additional 300mg/week testosterone for a total of 480/week for a number of weeks, I was thinking 20.
B - Run 400-600mg/week of Equipoise for 18-20 weeks, with a 2-week front load.

Obviously option A is cheaper, and I know that the guy sells (or has sold to me in the past) legit test. Option B seems attractive as well, due to not needing more AI and the RBC increase, whch could help my cardio/endurance. Plus, I don't need/want to put on a ton of mass, just some quality strength and lean mass. EQ does concern me about hematocrit getting too high and having to donate or do theraputic phlebotomy. Any thoughts?

Welcome to Meso! Glad you are having a good TRT experience.

You are already on plenty high enough of a dose for this goal sir.

Adding more without adding a lot of food on top won't do much but potentially give you more side effects without improving much of anything beyond the effects you already have.

330mg per week is plenty for most to maintain or to gain the 5-10 pounds you were looking for since you already said your TT levels were plenty high at that dose.

No need to go up large amounts for a few pounds.

How tall BTW?

I guess now that I think about it, that probably does make sense. Thanks for the advice. I am 5'8" and pretty lean.
