Hello Everyone!

Hey everybody! I’ve been lurking for a few weeks now reading different forums and see what everyone been saying. Pretty great place and I’ve learned a lot already here.
A little about myself, I’m 6’1 and currently ~200 lbs. It tends to fluctuate but that’s the average. I have been lifting for a couple years now and really dialed it in during the start of 2022. I made some solid progress since then about 45 lbs mass gain. Over the past couple years, I have messed with SARMs and satisfied with the results however I want to move over AAS (specifically/mainly testosterone). We don’t know the long term effects of SARMs so I don’t really want to continue using them.
Also If anyone has any tips or advice that would be appreciated! Another thing I recently had a knee injury which left me unable to train legs for about 4 months. What would you say is the best workout for developing the muscles there? My upper body has grown more than my legs making them unproportional.

I agree that proven AAS like testosterone is safer than these new sarms. However, you should do substantial research before ever touching them. Much much can be found by searching this website, and probably all your answers such as recommended first cycle can be found.

You are free to ask specific questions, just don't ask about sources since there is an entire subforum for them to review. If your legs are recovered to where you can train without limitation, any kind of consistent beginner program should bring back some mass via muscle memory.

Welcome to meso.

Thank you. Yeah I spent a good month of researching and understanding sarms before i used them. Specifically looking at the clinical trials and reports they had on them. I will do the same with testosterone and other AAS before using them. Luckily I still have stuff from my sarms like nolva, enclo and arimidex. I understand most of what’s involved in a first cycle just pinning deterred me from messing with them previously. I’ll make a thread soon with everything I learn for my first cycle hopefully i can get your advice there again!
