Figured an introduction would be fitting as the first post for a new member!

Age: 35
Height: 172cm/5' 8"
Weight: 95kg/209lbs
Body Fat: ~10-12%
Training Experience: 3rd year of Bodybuilding, 1 year being really consistent about diet and training
Cycle History: started with a medical trt, doubled that when I first got into BB, then ran a way too high cycle for my muscle mass on my first prep, switched coaches and now on about 1g/week of testo/mast/npp and 6iu gh for my first offseason
Current Goal: building mass
Diet: currently in a little off-season cut, cycling carbs with high (4.5kcal), average (3.5kcal) and low days (2.8 kcal), rest days a little less calories than training days
Supplements: all kinds of health supps, probably too many
Next Cycle Plan: Probably starting 2nd early '26
Country: Germany, hopefully soon moving to the US
