Hello Everyone!
Been lurking for awhile and trying to absorb as much information as I can. Im a mid 40s guy who decided last year that i needed to get my ass in gear if I wanted to take more
muscle mass into my elder years.
I lost 80 lbs and now am 5'9" at 170 lbs. My bf% is roughly 20%. I have been on TRT for 3 years. I cleaned up my diet and lift 4 days a week. I do cardio atleast twice a week on exercise bike.
I ignored my health for quite awhile, but do not want to be a fraile older guy and actually enjoy lifting as a hobby now.
I have really enjoyed all the experience that is on this site into sharing reliable information with a emphasis on informed decision making and harm reduction at all levels.
