Hello and thanks. I have enjoyed, sometimes with astonishment and sometimes with laughs, the majority of the posts I have read. I am 53-years young, 6'4' and weigh anywhere from 250-255 lbs. According to the OneBody instrument at Complete Nutrition stores I am anywhere from 13-15% body fat. Don't know how accurate the test is, but I'll take it. I had the wonderful experience of spinal fusion surgery in June 2014 which corrected my sciatica, but have the current diagnosis of "failed back syndrome" basically meaning I have chronic back pain and have to take pain meds for the rest of my life unless I want to become a pain pump, electrical implant, etc. guinea pig. On top of that I had my "turf toe" fixed last year and because my gait has changed my knees are now bothering me. Everyday is an adventure. I am on TRT, 200 mg of TestCyp per month, yeah I know, so I backed off a while and hoarded to where I take 200 mg per week. My latest blood work, before the hoard, showed my test levels at 357 and free at 82. Since that is within normal I can't convince my doc to increase the dosage hence the hoard. There is a doc that will up the dosage for me, but she is not on my insurance plan.

So, I am attempting to educate myself on viable options. I recently purchased two vials of Sust 300 from an old friend, brand name Odin Anaboliken, from Germany. Odd that it contains 5 forms test., 100 mg/ml deconate, 60 mg/ml isocorporate, 30 mg/ml propionate, 60 g/ml phenylpropionate, and 50 mg/ml acetate. The 60 g/ml has to be a typo, but anyway don't know how legit it is, but I trust the source. Definitely feel the bolus after injection.

Please feel free to verbally punish me and give me some wisdom. Life without wisdom is like injecting with a 14g pin. Thanks for listening/reading. Ciao`.

Welcome to meso, I've also had not one but two spinal fusions.
Wow...not fun. Are you pain free? Do you substitute certain exercises for bent-over rows etc.? I've discovered that shrugs are the worst! Otherwise I try to eliminate standing exercises or try to perform a sitting equivalent. No twisting reps or anything where I have to support my upper body via bending at the waist. I just take my time and observe the talent.

Thanks for the replies Xragexx and Big_paul. Way to make a guy feel welcome. :)
For the most part I'm pain free, but I do take it easy on back exercises, everything else I can pretty well do. I stay away from dead lifts all together
