Hello Everyone! Picture 1 was my day 1: 5 months ago. A very bad place at 268 pounds. I had enough. For 4 months i just did a strict cut and daily cardio with a PPL split. After 4 months, i was getting definition, i lost 65 pounds but mentally i just felt defeated so i got my test levels checked. At age 34 i came back at 168. My doctor told me oh it’s fine you can do it with that number, and one thing i’ll say, i did retain a lot of muscle despite that low number but i had enough and jumped on 200 MG TRT a month ago. My current weight is 195 and i feel better than i ever have mentally and physically, the TRT saved my life for sure. I need a new shirtless photo to show the belly fat loss, im starting to get pretty flat there but im ready to take it to the next level. Does anyone have suggestions on a coach? I need the accountability and proper diet advice for sure & sometimes i feel like following my own workouts, i over train. Being in a deficit i know my numbers wont climb a huge amount in the gym but they are pretty stagnant. Just looking for some advice and direction! I’ve watched in this group for a long time & you people are all amazing. Yall were a huge inspiration for me.
