How' s it goin' guys?

I've perused the interwebs to further gain knowledge about the TRT I am on, & this site is by far & away the quintessential source for steroids. Knowledgeable would be an understatement. My favorite part is that you guys take no shit. That's how I roll as well.

I just turned 40 last year & my Dr started me on 150mg of Test C weekly. I have been bodybuilding off & on for 20 yrs now.

I'm 5'10 210 with about 13% BF.

I wanna be around 8% BF and try to stay as big as possible. I decided to increase my Test to 200mg weekly & I have seen remarkable results. I am blessed with excellent genetics & very long muscle bellies.

I have been with my DR for 12 yrs now & he trusts me. He gave me the Test C with multiple refills & I pay cash so no insurance BS to mess with. If I were to up my Test to 400mg weekly, will I need to run an AI? It is paramount that I keep my hair. Wifey really likes my hair so I can't run the risk of hair loss. Will this be a "safe" dosage still w/ minimal to zero side effects?

Thanks.

Welcome aboard VM...You'll get plenty of comments on this. By the way, do you have balding in your family. My dad's was thinning at a fairly young age, but my mother's side of the family had thick hair and no thinning problems. I lucked out there. I think this has a lot to do with the "when" in your situation.:)

Thank you.

That's exactly what I was thinking as well. It's more of a "when", than an "if". I really don't know much about my mothers side. My Grandfather passed when I was younger, but I remember him having pretty decent hair in his late 70's. She didn't have a big family, so I don't have a lot of hlep there. I have very thick hair now, as do my 3 siblings. My dad (RIP) had an very, very thick hair when he passed at 69 yrs old.

I am thinking I could give a shit less if I am bald in my late 70's.

BTW...I have been natty my whole life. This is the first time I have tried Test. My wife is a cardiac nurse & is livid because my Dr gave me the Test w/o even doing a blood test first. He basically gives me anything I ask for as I helped him win a malpractice suit many yrs ago.

Is it imperative that I get blood tests done on a TRT dose? I don't want him to see that they are too high & discontinue it after the refills are up. I have always had a bad habit of self-medicating.
