I’ve been lurking here for a while and decided it’s time to introduce myself.
I’ve been training most of my life. I started kickboxing at 8 (I'm 39 now). Later on I moved to MMA and competed as an amateur with a 8-4 (let's say Dana White never called) record before retiring about 10 years ago due to injuries and career focus. I’ve also been lifting since 17, and it’s been my main focus ever since.
I began TRT at 30 after low test levels (329 ng/dl) and have stuck with it ever since. Over the years I’ve tried a few compounds, but these days I mainly stick to Testosterone and HGH, with consistent bloodwork every 3 months.
This forum has been a huge help for reliable sources and harm reduction, and I’m looking forward to learning more and contributing where I can.
