Hey everyone,


just wanted to introduce myself real quick. I’m in my early 30s, currently living in europe, and have been seriously into lifting for a few years now. I originally started training to lose weight – dropped around 40 kg over time – and what began as a weight loss journey turned into a real passion for fitness and bodybuilding.
Right now, I’m focused on building lean muscle while staying relatively shredded. I'm training 5–6 times a week (Push/Pull/Legs split), tracking macros, and sitting at around 8-10% body fat at the moment.
I’m constantly learning more about training, nutrition, recovery, and supplementation – and recently started diving into the enhanced side of things. That’s why I’m here: to exchange ideas, learn from experienced members, and contribute wherever I can.
