I've been lurking for a while and finally decided to request membership. About 2.5 years back I began efforts to loose weight and have lost about 75 lbs so far. The majority of progress came in the first year but sense then progress has slowed considerably.
About 1.5 years back I began to mix in powerlifting style training. I used to powerlift back in my 20s (never competed) so my strength came back quickly. My best lifts are 295 b, 455 sq, 585 dl.
My stats are late 30s, 230lbs, 5'9", still high BF.
I've been primarily on test about 8 months at approximately 500/week. It's turned into a bit of a perma blast since mixing in t3 a few months in.
