I'm back been out of it for over 15 years. I never stopped training just stopped training enhanced. Over the past 6 months I have been playing with Peptides and SARMs. I have had some great results mainly around recovery. I'm 42 and finally feel like my BF and intensity is at a place I can start thinking about running a 8-12 week test only cycle. I'm in the research phase now so head down reading as much as I can to make sure I have things dialed in like type of test anti-As and PCT cost etc.

Current stats:
Age 42
Weight 235
FB% 21%
Height: 6'2"

Current workouts:
Running BRO splits
More volume now (joint/tendons like it better!)
Cardio 3-4 times a week ranging from 30-1hr

Diet is getting better everyday as I'm more motivated then I have been in a long time.

Have a background of powerlifting as a young man and competitive bodybuilding from 1999-2002 NPC.

I'm looking to learn as much as I can. I hope to contribute to this awesome community as I get back in to the swing of things.

Why the fuck did you wait 15 years? What the fuck is the point of running a test cycle at 42 other than to gain some test. Your body will barely be able to use it. should have done this 15 years ago. Glad youre starting now tho I guess unless you have kids then youre just fucking stupid.

What are you thoughts on the current state of competitive bodybuilding compared to what is was when you competed?

Well, I haven't been following competitive BB that closely. However, I think it's good that Classic Physique is gaining popularity. Not a big fan of the HGH guts that have been on the main stage since the late 90s. I like the classic look big V back small waist. When I was competing natural I was 210 lbs. in the on season with a 29" waist. I was influenced by the old school guys Arnold, Frank Zane, Gary Lewer, Shawn Ray, Rich Gaspari. I still think they had the best look.

Don’t get me wrong I respect all Bodybuilders the self-discipline sacrifice and self-mastery. There is nothing quite like it. That’s why I give props to all.

Judges should start docking points on anyone who can't do a vacuum and/or anyone who has a gut.
