Hello All,

I have been a lurker here for several weeks and I have truly enjoyed all of the threads I have read. You guys are extremely knowledgeable, to the point, and entertaining. I have come here for expertise in an area that I am a complete novice. I am very thankful that there is a source like Meso for me to go and gather no nonsense information on a topic that could be very dangerous to dive into without the necessary education. I am a 40 year old father of 4. I have been a gym rat since I was 18 and have been on nothing but GNC supplements and it shows! LOL! I am at that point in my life where I need to find a way to help my body without hurting it, I definitely do not want to do anything that will jeopardize my health, that would be selfish and unfair to my family. My youngest children are 3 and 1 so I need to stay healthy for them for quite some time. Again thank you to the community for giving me a place to come to study, research and discuss this sport we all here love and live.

Welcome to meso magic!!! why are you thinking about aas use? Low T symptoms or are you just looking to pack on some size and strength?

I'm new as well, and I completely agree with you. Our health is one thing we should never play around with. I finally gave up drinking 4 months ago and have been taking liver support vitamins and herbs to help keep my liver. I was addicted earlier in the year to painkillers and drinking and noticed a bunch of bruises showing up everywhere. I realized my liver was sending me warning signals so I finally stopped all of it and have been trying to not cheat on my diet as much either....but that still seems to be a struggle. In any case nice meeting you and hope to see you around.

Thanks B66!! The body just isn't reacting and growing the way it used to. I love working out and living at the gym, but I hate working and not seeing the results and gains I should be getting. Sort of depressing. I broke a rib a while back trying to show my son how to climb a tree so I was out of the gym for awhile and man did I lose it quick! So the answer is probably a little of both but I really want to do is pack on as much size and strength as I can and I'm thinking I probably could use some help.

Nice meeting you too Billion! Now that is real life. Sorry to hear about your struggles but congratulations on making the life decisions to better your health and ultimately survive. That's a success story. Keep me up informed on your progress and if you need someone to talk to for support you can yell at me anytime! Good Luck!

Welcome to meso. A lot of good information and great people here. There are a few people here married with kids who are not "spring chickens". So we know where you're coming from. Health is the most important thing.
My advice is if youve already made this decision to use AAS take it slowly. Do ALOT of research. Ask questions. Get a good cycle and PCT plan ready before you start.
Youve already waited 40 years, no reason to rush now.

Thanks Jaymaximus! I totally agree. I have done a lot of reading and research to this point and this is one convoluted confusing game. I have learned a ton from Meso already and plan on continuing to study and take the advice from the experts here on Meso!
