Hello Meso,
I'm very excited to meet all of you.
Have been reading and watching for a few months now .
Some of my favorite reads came from people like dedLift, jaymax, cbs as you call him, flounder, Skull, and a ton more .
From reading so much I feel like I already know some of you.
I'm hoping I learned enough to not be a disturbance like some of the others I have seen the past 2 months.
I'm just starting out .First cycle ever .
Stats:
38 Years old
6'4.5
280
48"chest
38 waste
17.2"arms
46" at the hips
18" neck
Not sure on the body fat test . Will get back to you guys .
Last time I checked it said 17% which I think was bull shit .
Former amateur builder .(non comp)
It's been years since life happened .
Thinking of starting out with test 12 weeks @250x2 week
Possible dbol at the end .(still open )
Seems to be the best from what I have read on here.
Have been doing doing a ton of cardio! Fuck that shit lol
I am looking forward to learning more about bulking my core,arms and back.
Wile also getting the science down .

Welcome. Nice intro, cycle looks ok. Why dbol at the end? Just use it as a kicker untill the test kicks in.

The only thing you will get from dbol at the end of cycle is water weight.

Use it for strength at the start.

Have read some of your posts also.
Waiting for gyno prevention in the mail .
And pct .
Ordered the name brand stuff overseas .my hookup had his stuff but I read on here to only get name brand .
 
Welcome to meso!! There's definitely good bunch of guys here and lots of good info. Good luck with your first cycle. If it was me I would keep it simple and just run test. You can make some great gains with just that especially you first cycle. Good luck!!

Thanks I'm thinking I may just run test then . I just read a great article on here about changing up my workout to get better gains .
