I guess I'm kinda doing this ass backwards because I made two posts today before introducing myself but here I am. I'm 41 years old 6'2 215 and recently started lifting again and I'm loving it. I'm becoming obsesssed with transforming my body. I've been lurking for a couple weeks and I've learned a lot on here by doing so. Look forward to learning more too.
