Newbie here,
I'm in my late 40's been working out on and off since high school but life happens and as some of you probably know it takes away some of the things you like to do, like hitting the gym. Got on TRT in 2014 and it really gave me the energy and ambition to get back in there and start hitting the weights. Unfortunately in 2016 got a slap tear in right shoulder, later that year got surgery. After physical therapy and learning lots of exercises to keep my shoulders strong and healthy been able to build muscle and stay injury free. I've been running 500 to 750 migs of test a week and will throw in 400 to 600 migs of deca on occasion, blasting and cruising, been thinking of tren cause of the grainy look as apposed to water filled look, not thrilled about some of the tren side affects but will probably start low and add as l go to find that sweet spot. I'm by all means not as experienced as probably most of this community is. I'm here to learn!! I do pay attention to what my protein intake is also calorie intake to a extent. I'm NOT doing any BB shows and do like OCCASIONALLY having a barbecue and a cold beer by the pool, ( gotta have a little fun between gym and work) just a older dude who loves to hit the gym and build muscle!!!
