Hello all,
Been lurking several different forums as I research my first cycle, decided to try and be a little more active and meso seems like a good place to do so.
I'm 28, been lifting since 9th grade trying to constantly learn and improve. Played football in college and now working out is my hobby. Some people hunt, fish, work on cars...my interest is the gym. I'm currently 235 lbs, probably about 15% BF. All time best lifts have been a 585 squat, 585 deadlift, and 425 bench. Not quite at those numbers now but pretty close I think.
