Hey guys. I figured I should get around to doing one of these finally.

I'm 31, I've been lifting on and off for about 15 years. I had taken about 3 years off up to about last year for various personal reasons. I'm 6 foot 3, 250 lbs, in the 23%-25% BF range still. I have actually lost 70lbs over the past 7 months because I got sick of being a fat weak piece of shit. I'm not back to being particularly strong just yet, (295 1RM bench for example), but I'm dialed in. I work out 6 days a week. I'm currently on TRT and have been for about 2 months. I am finishing up a 3 month run with some underdosed GH that I sadly bought and got stuck with as well.

My goals are to continue to get stronger, lose another 20 or so pounds and eventually get on a blast and cruise regiment at some point next year. My bloods are done every 6 weeks as of now because my TRT doc is still dialing in what the right amount for me to be on is. I started at 100 mg/wk, and I'm up to 140. Im getting the dosed upped every 2 weeks by 20mg until I am at in the 600-700 range on the 7th day after my injection. He believes that will be somewhere in the 180 to 200 range. After it gets leveled out and my tests are less frequent I'm planning on playing around with different compound variations and seeing what works best for me.
