Hi guys, I'm new here.
Willing to get some knowledge on how to use AAS with minimum risks.

I've been training more like PL for about 3 years now totally (2 years, then 3 years off and now a bit over a year).
29 years, 5'11" (181cm) and 170 (77kg) as of today.
Planned to start my first cycle this summer, but due to health reasons had to have 2 months off the gym, now trying to get to my personal bests before having the cycle.
Best results:
Squat - 350 (160kg)
BP - 250 (115kg)
DL - 460 (210kg)
So I'm no pro of course, started doing this to gain some weight (last year was 150, beginning of summer 180). Goal for me lies somewhere around 205-215 ideally with ~12% fat.
Gaining weight for me is a problem as I don't feel hungry all the time, but there are definetly some positive results with weightlifting. So I've decided to boost up the process a bit, given the fact I experience some joint disсomfort from time to time (especially knees, elbows).

I've been reading about steroids for the last 8-10 months and have some ideas on what to do. Basically, being a not native speaker I was mostly reading information available in my mother tongue (thus I ask to exuse me beforehand if I have stupid questions or for my not understanding abbreviations or stuff like this). Found out about this website and hope you'll share with me your knowledge so that I do the proper thing from the start :)

So of course I'd like to ask advice on my first cycle, where do you suggest I should do that? Cycle Log forum? As soon as I know where to post, I'll share my ideas and give as much information as needed.

I just started PLing myself. Its a rush putting up all that weight.

As far as minimum risks, thats up to you taking care of yourself and monitering yourself. Getting bloods done and knowing where youre at.

Most people start with Test E or C at 500mg/week. 250mg 2Xs a week.

If I were you I'd read the steroid forum on 1st cycles AND cycle logs. And read a lot about PCT.

And your right, take some time to get back to where you were natty before jumping on...

You could add as little as 150mg ew of deca, and expect some joint relief. The times I have used it, it does help.

If it is more serious, the iron is not for you friend. It will only accelerate the process.

If you are healthy with no kind of serious degenerative disease, that will help.

At 29, I hope that is not the case.
