Hi everyone. I’ve been lurking for some time now. I really enjoy meso. You guys strive on safety and ultimately helping each other out. A real community feeling.

I’m 23 and have been training for 6 or so years, religiously for the past year. I’m 6’3 179 and around 13% body fat. I train alone because growing up I surrounded myself with individuals that didn’t workout. I have no real life contact that is knowledgable on the subject. So here I am at Meso, to learn from some experienced guys. I fully believe hopping on will take me to the next level in all aspects of my life. Why not take advantage of something? Why kick myself in the ass 5 years down the road because I didn’t do this now?

I hear what you are saying. Myself, I liked training alone, because I didn't feel my training partners were as serious as I was. Nothing pisses me of as bad as a trsining partner being a pussy and missing a workout.

There are lifts you can do alone which I feel are better any way. I did a lot of dumbell work for chest and shoulder work. I think its more effective any way.

You want to turn heads, pick up 175 lb dumbs and do reps on bench. You have to pick them up, then lean back, hit your reps and then sit up with 350 pounds on your chest.

Dropping weight after a set is for attention starved pussies.
