going on 42 yo, 6’2. 210 lb. married with kids. I’m hear to learn from some of you guys and hopefully pass it along down the road. Seems like I hit 40 and my body just spit at me! Metabolism went to crap, etc ! So I decided it’s time to try and turn the clock back and take over my life. So I’m working on my diet, and hitting weights 3 days, cardio 1 to 2 days.
