Hello

Hey Everyone,

Just introducing myself. I’m one year back training after a five year layoff from 28-33. I trained obsessively from 14-28 but had kind of lost that spark and was just going to the gym to get my workouts done half asses. Since being back the passion I had before has come back full force, and so have the gains. It’s incredible what muscle memory can do. Looking forward to dialing in the training/nutrition and pushing past my old PRs.
