55-year-old man. Fat, weak and out of shape. Body beat to hell. Decided it's time to fix it.
This week started weight training (I used to train regularly many years ago) and watching my diet along with some way over priced Sema (had success with this during Covid) and a Tesa/Ipa blend. Surprisingly my knees feel ever so slightly better. Going to track all my progress and make notes as I go. Not looking to be a body builder, just want to get in some semblance of being in shape, look better, and regain strength and muscle.
Learning a lot as I research the anti-aging, TRT, etc. topics. Plan to finish the stuff I am on and then move to 2IU / day HGH and either stay on Sema or move to Tirz or Reta. I do like the hunger suppression of Sema though. Seriously considering at that time either adding 100mg / wk Test and / or doing about a 300mg / wk cycle to try and get a good jumpstart. This is all also somewhat dependent on find a quality source and reasonable price, naturally. A lot to learn all the way around. I do have current bloodwork so I know my starting numbers.
Thanks for having me!
