Help interpreting high cystatin c

Hey Brains-trust,
I got my blood drawn on 6/6/25.

Unfortunately some markers were elevated:

Cystatin C 1.05 (H) (0.31-0.79) mg/L
GFR (Cys) 82 (L) (> 90) mL/min/1.73m2
IGF-1 (Somatomedin C) 31 (14-42) nmol/L

I also had my creatinine and other markers checked:
Creatinine 111 umol/L (60-130)
eGFR 73 mL/min (over 59)
Urea 8.3 mmol/L (2.5-8.0)

This is the first time I've had cystatin c checked. Here is my history of creatinine:
12/03/24 87 - eGFR (90)
04/07/24 85 - eGFR (90)
15/08/24 87 - eGFR (90)
28/10/24 106 - eGFR (78)
11/12/24 110 - eGFR (74)
30/01/25 104 - eGFR (79)
13/03/25 99 - eGFR (84)
30/04/25 96 - eGFR (87)
13/05/25 103 - eGFR (80)
06/06/25 111 - eGFR (73)

Nov-Jan I ran a cycle. April-Mid June I also ran a cycle. In between was TRT or TRT plus nandralone.

Other things that may be significant - I've dropped some weight. I was 136kg in March 24, currently 112kg. I also had NAFLD confirmed by ultrasound. My ALT/AST are in range now after losing weight so I am guessing it's resolved.

I had been taking 2IU/day of HGH but stopped 5 days before the test (1st June 25).

My blood pressure is controlled. I take 40mg pharma telmisartan and 50mg metoprolol daily.

Should I be concerned with these numbers? Any follow up tests recommended?

PS. See attached my blood marker tracker.

Hi
I think the range of your lab is false, mine is 0.82mg/L and in the lower reference range. What's your age?

I wouldn't worry much personnally, just at looking at your cystatin C and creatinine everything seems normal.
Merci mon ami. I had to wait 2 weeks for the results. I'm guessing maybe the lab they use is mainly used for older people and have a different reference range.

Cystatin-C is different by the day, it's not stable such as HbA1C.
I had falsely elevated when I was on hard cut for a show (went from 0.8 to 0,92), now I'm in bulk at 0,82.
What is your cycle like?
Retest when at stable kcal and weight

Some labs use same form but different range. In my lab cystatin c normal range goes up to 1,5 and mine is 1,2. Based on your lab I'm over the range, but based on mine i am not..so i guess everyone must act based on the actual lab that draws blood to be 100% accurate.

When I did the test I was on low testosterone/decca, HGH and Tirzepatide. Apparently HGH/Tirz can impact cystatin c.

I'll just go see my GP and get him to do further testing (urine) as I'm due to get my liver scanned again anyway to see if I've resolved my fatty liver.
