Help me decide?

ok i have been on my cycle for about 4 weeks and gaining pretty good. However i am thinking about taking a week off because i feel like i need to take it easy for a week. do you think this would be a bad idea while on cycle or would it be ok. I am on test, deca, and just finished dbol. thanks.

Why do you need a break?
I rarely take them, and never on a cycle--unless I dont have a choice

I suggest you at least go in a do a maintaince workouts--
 
I would at least wait till pct time. And then get back in there to maintain gains and keep going.
 
IMO I would not stop as your test levels will drop and when you start back up you be like starting over. Try a week of lighter work outs and see if that helps. But get back up to heaver wieght as soon as you can. My 2 cents
 
Dude, I would have taken the break before I started the cycle. The worst thing you cuold do is stop during a cycle. I wouldn't.

I think you should take two weeks off and send me the two weeks worth of gear, I'll use it.

Why do you feel the need for a break? Health reasons, fatigued or something else? If you can muscle through it I wouldnt stop my cycle, I would slow down abit maybe just do maintainence as stated above.

I agree, if you are healthy and strong keep it going. Usually I get test flu for 3 days or so when I do cycles with test prop and then I have a forced break. Take a week off when your on pct or sometime post cycle. Now is when you make all your gains bro, keep on keepin on ;)
