Okay kids, here is whats up. I'm 6' 202 right now. I can see my obliques and top 4 abs...i'm bulking and on 1000g TE a week. I'm going to try packing on 3 more lbs before start my cutting cycle.

i'm sick of the moonface, and want my chiseled face back.

SO, i'm thinking of cutting down to 195.

Since i'm strapped for cash, i'm thinking of:

500mg/wk test E wk while cutting

IF I can afford it- 50mg/ed winstrol for 6 weeks...

here are my questions:

1. Am I at a high enough weight right now to cut down successfully to 195 and no lower?

2. Is the 500mg/test going to preserve enough muscle mass or should I bump up that dosage while cutting? I'm taking .5 arimidex everyday.

3. How important do you think adding the winstrol in would be? I usually use tren for cutting, but don't like the insomnia. Does winstrol really strip off the fat? Is it worth it?

Thanks in advance for your help guys

In my opinion its all about diet. The test dose is perfect. if you can add the winny i would, should harden you up nice. But it really comes down to diet and cardio no matter if your bulking or cutting.

how long have you been on? I'd personally stay with the same amount of test (maybe switch to propionate or suspension), or you'll really feel it coming down. Since you're not wanting to run tren, I'd opt for masteron. IMHO, winstrol is overrated for "fat loss." Besides, I don't care much for what it does to my joints. The most important aspect is going to be your diet. What's your macronutrient intake like? The more carbs & sodium you're taking in, the more water you're going to hold. You'll probably need to lose more than 7 lbs (mostly water) to make the changes you're looking for. I'd just guess that it's going to take at least 15. Of course, there's no scientific data to back that up, but I have competed in 3 shows & know a little about manipulation. Are you eating enough quality protein & EFA's? Are you doing any cardio? All the drugs in the world won't do the trick if you're slacking on your diet and being lazy w/the cardio.
