Hi bros...im using T3 for the first time soon on a cut...
I have heard it is very effective...is this true? what kind of results did you get from it?
I dont really want to go over 75mcg as my highest dose...as i hear it can be quite catabolic...so to the bros who have run it before...how have you tapered the dose up and down to 75mcg and how long would you run it for? 6-8 weeks being max?

I got decent results from it. I titrated up to 100mcg, I initially used clen with it but that made me feel queezy and actually I didnt do cardio b/c of that so the net result was that it slowed weight loss b/c I burned far more calories on the treadmill that clen and t3 could burn in one day.
So then I switched to just the T3. I used it in conjuction with testosterone replacement therapy and I cut it out b/c my heart thickened which bugs me out as it did increase my heart rate. So I had to go off it and I put myself on a betablocker.
Now that is just my unusual experience. Overall, I liked it and would use it if it if I could. It gave me a fair amount of energy and my friend used it to great effect. Lost 20 pounds in six weeks with the clen for week 1-2 and 5-6 thrown in it.
I wouldnt worry too much about running the t3, everything I have read suggests that its safe and your thyroid returns to normal very quickly. I supposed 8 weeks is a good amount of time but I havent found a reason to worry about going over that. There is no need to taper down and you taper up initially just to give yourself a chance to tolerate it. Then once you are at a dose you can tolerate, you dont have to taper up again.
Mild energy, mild increase in fat loss but noticeable. If you are low calorie, results will be more substantial. Ive done same diet on and off and I definitely noticed a difference.
Kind of sucks b/c I have 3 bottles of T3 in my desk that I want to use again but got to hold off for now
