Help on reading my first bloodwork...

Hey guys,

So as im new to the this i was late at getting a baseline bloodwork(im learning as fast as i can here). I was 9 days into the cycle when i had the blood drawn. I had injected a total of 810mg of sust before the blood was drawn.

Im taking exemestane 12.5 eod since the beginning due to having gyno issues when i was going through puberty.

My cycle is 540mg of sust a week for 10 weeks maybe 8.

So based on this info how do things look? I know its not a true baseline but i did want some before and after tests.

What a mess dude... Delete that picture and repost without your personal info.

How are you getting 540mg of sust?

I can tell just from the way you wrote this post that you rushed into the cycle.

Edit - holy shit, your ALT is fucking sky high.

Thats freaking insane. I think op needs a liver transplant lol

Yeah, man, that ALT is way too fucking high. No telling where the AST is landing. Did you do any orals with this cycle? Are you, or were you, an alcoholic? That's definitely something you will want to get checked.

^^^^ dude wether u been crushing the booze, taking drugs, have acute hepatitis, or liver problems, heart problems, kidney problems---- anyone's guess

Go to doctor......

I couldn't even start to tell you advise because of you liver troubles I'm not even sure I would chance it. But I'm sure there is some on here that will know more about it. You will have to get @Millard Baker to delete your info on your post.

Also don't know much about cortisol levels being low---- especially so early in cycle----

Maybe adrenal fatigue?... combined with high alt maybe Addison disease?
(Totally talking while thinking) dunno.....

If hep was that long ago, u would think alt would have went down by now?

Ur also on your way to crashing e2 -- if your not already there----

I know it's not what u want to hear--- But it's not healthy for you to cycle.....

U got things to deal with in your life, before having to hold a sign saying
Liver/kidney needed....

My advice quit while ur ahead.... or at least seek medical advice from someone that holds a medical license:)

GL .... I'm out

Thanks a lot for taking the time you have, I really appreciate it!

I noticed my e2 being low as well so im cutting the exemestane till the cycle is in full swing.

What I have going for me now is that im 27 and healthy. I dont drink or smoke anymore. Hep C can actually be well managed just with living a healthy life style.

What do you think about cutting the cycle down to 6 or 7 weeks? Or is that a bad thing.

Yeah bro I'm sure some take the risk and run with it...... your call

I can't speak from experience, only logicaly from what I understand.... If you aren't currently abusing drugs/alcohol (even over the counter) I'd think Ast would be like 2-4x normal levels wich is somewhat "manageable"
But your like 10x bro!!!!!!

So if you where to continue blood work and "manage" what is going to be your alert - Ast number? (A question for yourself)
When would you stop and recover?

If it was me I'd stop.... live that healthy lifestyle.... drink mad amounts of water!!!!! Lots and lots of water.... with a low sodium diet.... and get numbers better....

If you choose to continue to walk down this path.... a prop cycle where u could quickly drop if you where to get in trouble sounds crazy but doable....

Pct meds are gonna be worse on your liver than the AAS (something to think about)

Kidney failure/removal is very common... and a lot of doctors would/should be hesitant to even put a patient on trt with hep c. (---- more or less super psychological doses:)

Sounds like your mind is already made up of what you really want to do.... with that said NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO

Hepatitis C Treatment & Management: Approach Considerations, Interferons and Pegylated Interferons, Interferons and Ribavirin

^^^ just found that great read after being curious about the antiviral medications to cure hep c..... most noticed a reduction of blood values within 2-4 weeks... and treatment tends to take about 6 months:)

^^^ That is the correct route if your a candidate:)

That's the old school treatment man. There is now a treatment called Harvoni that can completely cure the virus in 12 weeks!!!! Although its crazy expensive my insurance is good and will cover it with little cost to me.

Also i checked my other numbers and my alt vs ast ratio which, although they are high, is in a really good range meaning that my liver is far from being damaged yet.

Father in law beat it with new treatment, very expensive, if your insurance will cover, why haven't you done it? He lived another six months after treatment. Sometimes the cure is worse than the ailment. You don't need to cycle anything right now. IMO

Do you have any scientific reasons why i shouldnt? IM test will not be hard on my liver at all so why not?

Also are you saying the treatment killed him? Because my best friend beat it and is just fine.

He was pretty sick before treatment, still got up and went to work every day. He broke his back falling from a ladder and while bedridden during the period of recovery ,he couldn't goto work. I think that's what killed him. Sstaying home and eating painkillers on an already fucked up liver. His daughter thinks it was her step mom that did it, she had already buried two other husbands. Freaking black widow. I don't know why he died, just the chain of events.

Your liver, in your condition, yes... Test will be hard on your liver. Play it safe bud

I hear you man i do, but im literally going into week 5 of an 8 week cycle. At this point why not just finish it? Is 500mg a week that harsh? I thought this was a fairly light cycle...

I just got my bloodwork again to make sure i know whats up with my liver. Ill know more tomorrow.
