I have been working out for 4 months now. I noticed a lot of progress the first two months, but then nothing. so I did a cycle sust/dbol I sall a ton of gains, but I also gained a huge gut, didn't eat right. Now I'm on pct. I want to lose a ton of BF, while maintaining the little muscle i have worked hard to get. What should I do as far as training exercise??

dude, not a flame but you should not be training for 2 months, then deciding that you need juice cause you are not gaining anymore. i would say after 2 months your body is still adjusting to something new. The fact that you got fat while on shows that you did not do your research properly. if you are gonna do juice, do it right and eat properly. you find plenty of info on this in the nutrition forum. Good to see you are actually doing pct. however this is not the best time to loose weight as you are supposed to keep the calories high so as to help keep the weight you gained. clenbuterol (if you can get it) would probably be a good option. it is anti catabolic so it will also help to keep gains while possibly burning some fat. How much cardio are you doing, how long do your training sessions last, how many times per week? if i recall correctly intensity and duration of training during pct is kept to a minimum to also minimise catabolism. so the requirements for burning fat during pct mostly contradict the requirements for keeping muscle. you gotta choose one or the other bro.

Why the hell are you using AAS with out the proper info?? I dont get it, it takes hours and hours of studing before you even come close to know what you are doing in the gym not alone using AAS. Dude if you cant wait for gains with out using AAS then dont touch the wieghts. Put in time in the gym and eat your ass off for a few years, while studing AAS info, then come back. Im not trying to be a jerk but you guys kill me with this using shit and have no clue to what you are doing. Put in some work first then maybe think about using.
