Help understanding mid-cycle bloodwork

Can you guys please give me feedback on my mid cycle blood work.

At the time of bloodwork was week 6 of 20 week Test 300mg a week.

Total Test - 2196
Free Test - 615
Prolactin - 32.9
E2 - 259.6

I know my e2 and prolactin is very high, feedback on lowering that would be greatly appreciated
.
Based on reading others with this issue, the feedback is either AI or lower dose. How do I decide what route to go and how to dp I know what dose to use for AI or lower for Test to get this in check?

Also if you can tell me what else on this report is concerning, I'm really trying to understand this so I'm not so dependent.

I appreciate you guys taking a look and excited for feedback on bloodwork and next steps. Sorry for all the questions

Damn son 260 e2 on only 300mg of test, that’s very high lol. You’re not currently running anything else that may skew the e2 reading?

I would work on getting your cholesterol levels back in check. This is mostly lifestyle related given the fact you’re not blasting anything harsh. I would increase cardio and increase your healthy fat intake (mono and polyunsaturated fats) reduce saturated fat intake and reduce sugar and processed carbs for a bit. You could also add in some citrus bergamot to help clear up the lipids a bit, it’s a good quality supplement.

As far as your initial question I would work on dialing in a trt protocol that doesn’t cause you to aromatize quite as much e2, whether that be lowering the dose or possibly changing your injection frequency, probably both. How many times per week are you injecting?

Are you experiencing any signs or symptoms of high e2?

At a 260 you may need to use some ai to get it down back into a normal range (if you’re experiencing sighs of high e2, but even if not just to help keep the prostate healthy.) and then I would work on finding a dose and schedule that won’t jack up your e2 as high.

Possibly consider 150mg per week injecting every other day, or something along those lines.

I figured out what the issue is. I was taking 250 of HCG (3 times a week) and 4iu HGH (daily) but stopped about a week or so before the blood test so I omitted it .

I’ll give it some time and do e2 levels again and hopefully it’s lower

Hello! Do you have a problem with overweight?
What is your body fat %?
The HCG probably had an effect, but there could be other reasons.

Check prolactin too.

Good luck!
