Help! What do I eat for dinner??

Sounds like a dumb question but I started keto today for the first time and I'm almost out of calories for the day and I have no idea what to eat for dinner. I wasn't planning on starting today so I wasn't really prepared. I ended up picking up everything I needed for the day at a convenience store (it has a deli) on my way to work. This is what I've had so far today.

1. (5:45 am) 5 eggs and 4 strips of bacon
2. (9am) 1 boiled egg and sardines in mustard
3. (Lunch) grilled shrimp salad with ranch
4. (2pm) boiled egg and a can of Bryan Vienna sausages
5. (4:30pm) had a can of tuna while sitting around at work.

I'm still at work and won't be home for a couple hours (I'm working 12 hours with over an hour commute). What do I eat for dinner that is low cal and will work with keto? Am I doing this right? Should I hit the treadmill for a while after dinner? I'm still trying to figure all this out. Thanks for the help.

Also, I'm logging everything in my fitness pal.
 
Red meat is alwaysthe answer lol. Personally i like flank steak for my last meal or 93/7 ground beef. I usually go with 8 oz of either. Im not a big fan of keto though so thats usually part of a higher carb diet.
 
I will usually opt for the lean beef as well in the evening. I like that it's a slower digesting protein with a more complete amino acid profile and I also notice it keeps me fuller for much longer. I am not extremely knowledgeable with ketogenic diets, but you could try a mixed green salad with apple cider vinegar (personal favorite) or your favorite green. Worth giving a try and seeing how it makes you feel.
