Not sure if this is right area but need some advice on recent bloods taken one month into pct.

RBC 6.03 High

Hemoglobin 18.2 High

Hematocrit 54.2 High

Was told to donate blood, but wont this affect my pumps? I dont think it is high enough to worry about clotting

Platelets 149 Low ??
Glucose, Serum 104 High (this is after fasting and i sometimes get sweaty shaky and feel weak so worried this is early sign of diabetes??

Estradiol <5.0 Low i have not taken anything for aromatazation for over a month so this has me confused. free test and total test at 28 and 480 cause of clomid

HDL Cholesterol 37 Low this is up from 14 so going in the right direction.

You need to rethink your priorities if you're worried about losing pumps from donating blood. The pump isn't even that important for progress.

What's your test levels at? If those are low I could explain why estradiol is low.

free test and total test at 28 and 480

Imo, i would donate some blood. The fastest way to lower RBC is to remove them via phlebotomy or to donate. Too high of RBC means your blood may be too thick by average standards. Also, lower test means less conversion to estrogen so lower levels would follow. But that my 2cents, definetly open for others input.

Try to read up more about what everything means. The answers are out there if you look a little bit, then you will be better prepared for future cycles and testing.

Donated today, the trt clinic sent me an email that stated "for males administering testosterone therapy, donating blood unclogs testosterone receptors sites. This increases the bodies ability and efficacy to absorb testosterone"
Not sure if thats proven or just some theory of theirs but hopefully that is true.

What a bunch of BS

yah sounds like bs to me also. this is a larger part of the email. no sources or proof to back that sentence. this was point 2. of a four point arguement for blood donation in the email.

"2. Better Blood Flow

Do you know what a high-sugar diet, smoking, radio frequencies, and other toxic electromagnetic forces, emotional stress, anxiety, TESTOSTERONE THERAPY, high cholesterol, and high uric acid levels do to your blood?

All of these make your blood hypercoagulable, meaning it makes it thick and slow moving, which increases your risk of having a blood clot or stroke. Hypercoagulable blood contributes to inflammation, because when your blood does not flow well, oxygen can't get to your tissues.

For males administering testosterone therapy, donating blood unclogs testosterone receptors sites. This increases the bodies ability and efficacy to absorb testosterone, and keeps hemoglobin and hematocrit counts low. Simple, it will decrease your chances of developing any type of cardiovascular desease.

Repeated blood donations help your blood to flow better, helping to limit damage to the lining of your blood vessels, which should result in fewer arterial blockages.

“What is clear is that blood donors seem to not be hospitalized as often and if they are, they have shorter lengths of stay… And they’re less likely to get heart attacks, strokes, and cancers.”

I've been as high as 57 , and let me tell you I felt like hell. Get the blood out! You would ideally like to be at 45 whenever you start a cycle and watch that number in your mid and post cycle labs. You can donate 1 time every 56 days and in your case youll need a script to get in range before donating. Good luck this is an issue that stumps many so please don't become a number and watch that lab.

Not sure what to think about those platelets though.... for most labs 149 is pretty low.
Does a double red donation put your platelets back in you? DocD? do you know?
I'd be concerned about OP's platelets going much lower.

As far as needing a script to donate with hematocrit at 57... I've never needed one.
One place I donate does not have a limit, and the other mobile bank has a cut off of 20.5 hemoglobin.
I live pretty high up, and hit 57 on most cycles, but always have normal platelets

One blood test means next to nothing. Wait a month to six weeks,
check it again and come back with the results.

well this is what was out of wack 10 weeks prior. hemoglobin, platelets, glucose and estrogen were normal
RBC 5.90 High x10E6/uL 4.14 - 5.80
Hematocrit 54.0 High % 37.5 - 51.0
Potassium, Serum 5.3 High mmol/L 3.5 - 5.2
Cholesterol, Total 276 High
HDL Cholesterol 14 Low
LDL Cholesterol Calc 241 High mg/dL 0 - 99
Testosterone,Free and Total Testosterone, Serum >1500 High ng/dL 348 - 1197 01 Comment: Adult male reference interval is based on a population of lean males up to 40 years old. Free Testosterone(Direct) >50.0 High pg/mL 6.8 - 21.5 02 Estradiol 30.9 pg/mL 7.6 - 42.6 01

Steve, nothing is terribly high and nothing to get worried about.

I wouldn't do anything other than some followup bloods in a couple months.
