Ok guys, read up on D-bol Test Suspension and winny. What are the doses you guys would reccomend? How many times a day? My stats are 5' 11'' 190.Not sure what the body fat is. Pretty7 decent size. was a little bigger but took three months of for military training. Just got back into it and got 6 months to do nothing but eat sleep lift and work. What would you guys reccomend. Hopefully this is enough info for you guys if not let me know. Would really appreciate some advice on this.
 
My routine is as follows.

Day 1- Chest- Incline 3-4 sets, decline 3-4 sets, peck deck and/or dumbell flys.

Day 2- Back- Pullups, deadlifts, rows, pulldowns, shrugs.

Day 3-bis tris shoulders- bi routine varies, dips skullcrushers, close grip bench. arnold press, rear delts, side raises.

day 4- legs- Squats, reverse leg curls, leg extensions, calf raises.

Day 5- rest.

All my workouts consist of 3-4 sets with about 6-8 reps.
 
d-bol 30-40mgs a day, but i wouldnt go over 5-6 weeks max. winny 50mgs a day, i usually keep it under 8 weeks max, because no matter what i try its hard on my joints. test-suspension 100mgs a day or 50mgs twice a day. i usually only use this to kickstart a cycle for the first 5 weeks, but you can run it the whole cycle. the only problem being all the injections and they get painful sometimes.
