Hey everyone,

I have not given an introduction, but gave been a member for a few weeks.

I have been lifting since I was 16 and I am 24.

I powerlifted until I was 20 and never got big until I introduced more volume.
Now I undulate high volume and high intensity every 4 weeks to keep getting stronger, but still grow with heavier weights as time goes.

Gear, ook, I had a diet Coach in 2016 drop me from 260 to 210 in 8 weeks.
I didn't realize till months later while talking with Co workers about gear, that my coach was using.

He was a pipecleaner and has made good progress blasting and cruising just testosterone.

I myself am running testosterone to diet, I know how to diet, but my body really loves eating up my fucking muscle so sue me for making it 5x easier to diet.

I have read for hours at my part time job.
I would work 30hrs a week as the only sales person in a retail boutique and spent all hours there at l and at home watching and reading online for about 3 months.

I'm going to add some trenbaloney sandwiches and var as myostatin kicks in over time here and there. I plan on getting down to low bf in one go, and I know tren will assist greatly.
