So I've been reading around on the site for a while now and just recently decided I may ask a few questions and drop in on some threads.
I'm 28, training started in HS, and has had its down times between getting married and having babies. I'm 6' 196lbs and not sure of bf but leaning up is a goal of the future.
I'm really just here to learn and I like what goes on around meso..
