Im new here, obviously, been lurking around for awhile but thought I would get in on the good info on this board. Looking forward to exchanging ideas.

Been working out again for about a year, Im in my 40's 5'11 180lbs. Currently doing a body recomp and have cut down from 205 25% bf to my current weight and 15% bf.

I hit the gym 4-6 days a week, doing a split routine with 3x week cardio. Im cutting back on cardio now and looking to put on some serious lean mass. Right now Im putting away about 3-3.5k calories on a 50/30/20 c/p/f diet. All very clean eating. So far everything is going well but Im looking to add more
