Hello, I'm 23 years old and I have finally decided 100% to jump on my first cycle. I'm 5'9 160 and between 13-16 percent.(I can see my abs still) I was thinking:
Test E - 500mg/wk - 1-8 weeks every Monday & Thursday
Dbol - 30mg/day - 1-4 OR 6 weeks (which one?)
but I keep getting bounced around when it comes to PCT. I hear of Nolva/Clomid/HCG.
Another thing to mention, When I was a teen, I did have mild Gyno, so if you could, help me with when and how much of Nolva to take. also, any fix would be very helpful. So basically, you can completely chip in on the rest of this cycle and PCT. thank you and Happy Holidays!
BTW. My goal is to bulk as much as possible and keep most my gains. (pretty much everyone's goal lol)

You need to do more research, especially on your pct and make sure you dont have bunk pct. You should also lengthen the time you are "on" to at least 10 weeks, ideally 12 to get the most possible out of the testosterone due to the long ester. Lastly post pics of yourself so we can determine your physical state and see your progress. Most importantly eat, train, sleep, repeat.

This is the best advice few will opine, STOP even considering AAS your far to young, PERIOD!

This is a fine example of why your to young
1) You havent obtained baseline labs
2) You don't know enough about PCT
3) You have a history of Gynecomastia in the absence of AAS, yet your first cycle will include TWO AAS both of which aromatize
4) You haven't even mentioned Aromatase Inhibitors as a part of "this cycle"
5) You obviously have yet to establish a source that is GTG
6) You declined to even mention your reasoning for cycling YET have decided to go for it 100%
7) You have ignored the importance of your exercise or lifting regimen but not electing to discuss that FIRST
8) Your DIET probably SUCKS as does most your age!
9) Your endogenous androgens are peaking at your age and cycling will negate that inate benefit
10) Your working out and obtaining advice from others your age whom can't afford a pot to piss in, let alone have the income to cycle CORRECTLY!
.......
....
THAT SHOULD DO FOR NOW BUT I'M SURE OTHER VETS WHOM BELIEVE AS I do, will have much more worthwhile and hopefully meaningful objections to a 23 year old cycling

All I see on this site is telling people to do more research. Enlighten the noobs of where to get better idea of basic cycles and guidelines. Respectfully asking this :D

All over brother. Search this site under cycle log and Google. It's easy to find the information you seek with just a little research. There are several threads on here about it. If your looking for a first cycle just search first cycle and you'll come up with several. The best one in my opinion is Test E for 10 to 12 weeks at 500mg a week. I could go into a lot more detail for you but just don't have time right this minute. At your age people might be more apt to help you out if your body weight, diet, and workout regimen are on point. You could start your own thread and maybe get some better help.

No offense to you but your way to small to be considering AAS brother. You need calories to grow not AAS. How about posting your workout regimen and diet for us to critique instead of a cycle.
I'm not putting you down on your age but we need a lot more info to help you out. And at your weight I doubt you'll receive a whole lot of help on cycle information. Just look at Docs post he has a lot of good points in there. Don't take his post or mine negative just give us the info we need to help you out the right way brother.

Jim has made some very important points to consider before cycling. I would give them some attention first. You age is borderline for me to be handing out advice. I believe that the average healthy male does not fully develop until age 23-25. This includes growth plates fully closing and endocrine system maturing, not to mention the individual maturing enough to make educated decisions towards a responsible cycle.

As Jim suggested, do some research on your own in order to arm yourself with knowledge before traveling down the AAS highway. Otherwise you may end up in the rhubarb on the side of the road.

Good luck.

Op AAS are only an aid to speed size and performance and while they are great at doing so nothing will change your physique more than a well established diet and training program. If you are serious about training you won't be going to the gym to check out the sluts and hang with buddies. You will go train and leave. Choose a day to observe and dont train but look at your fellow gym rats 99% of them will be texting, chatting, checking out the girls and all other things that dont even relate to training. Then look at how you train and see which style you fit. The real trainers will not talk about shit and can easily do 8-12 sets while you are on your 3rd set. Think about that and let us know.

I'm 5'9" 203lbs and I've always had a slight frame. I made it to 182lbs before I ever cycled. I think you should make that your goal. By then you will be older and hopefully more prepared
