Hey guys i am new to thie bored i was refered here by 50%animal from another board. my stats
Age: 19
Height: 511
Weight: 161LBs
Chest: 37.5
Hips: 37.5
Waist: 30
Arms 13"
Calves 14"
Thighs: 22"
Neck 14"
BF% not sure

my main goal is to bulk up my legs/ upper body is secondory at the moment i bought some M1T recently well ive been taking it for 3 days so for 10mg per day breaking it up into 2 doses 5 in the monring 5 before or adter workout depends.
 
Dont focus on one bodypart, Find a good workout ( there's a few good threads in training ) and you'll be on the right road.

i have a really good workout in my opinion in 4 weeks naturaly i gained 10 pounds without an kind of whey either just from eating healthy and working out hard. btw how can i turn on qucik reply on?

You should not even be thinking of juice yet. You want to "turn on quickly" what do you think 10lb in 4 weeks is. Thats is about as good as it gets with aas for most of us. You have so much more growing to do naturally. Shit as an example, at your weight my neck was 15.5 and I was lean. You'll probably disregard mine and everyone who says wait, but you'll only be doing yourself a disservice because if you do decide to go on you'll be relying on aas from this point on to grow. I would wait. And why aren't you supplementing your diet with whey, 2grams per lb?

I think it would be more appropriate to do 1.5 g per pound and do listen to everyone and everything. All advise and critics and flames i listen to and take in to consideration. If youll give me money to buy whey i will buy whey all i can afford at the moment well pretty much nothing except m1t, multi, and glut, creatine (it was purchased along time ago) left overs practicly. Some ppl choose to juice some choose to take ph some choose to use extra at 21 i choose to do it at 19.

Like i said earlier, you probably wouldn't take mine or others advice contrary to juicin. Thats cool, its your body. But if you cant afford a $40 tub of whey, how are you expecting to lay out roughly 6 bills for a proper bulking cycle, (one that includes PCT ancillaries)? Also, I'm just curious, were you fully clothed and wearing boots when you weighed yourself beacuse i'm thinking back to when i was your weight and I had like 2 inches on all your measurements. Well.. all I can say is:
stay natural for at least 5 more years, you will be pleased with the wonders your body can do at such a young age.
heavy training, proper and consistant diet mostly whole foods, multi vita/minerals, lots of protein and creatine and you will be on your way to gaining a good 20lbs, I know I did it! so can you.
Using ASS at your age is just like replacing an old engine to a brand new car, just like that it will counterproductive in the long run, believe that! Please do more research the use of ASS is not to be taken lightly, whey protein is a s cheap as $15.00 by ON, eggs are very cheap as well as tuna, if you are really serious you will consider these on your diet, beans, lentils and other legumes are cheap as well.

ok i probably didnt make myself clear. Let me start over. i am not planning on juicing just yet. I dont consider m1t anything but a supplement. I am not planning on take deca or test or bol just m1t. As for where i got it i got it for my bday 6oxo/m1t package. so it came for free.

its all good dude, i messed up and did a cycle at 16. I plan on starting M1T and 6-oxo next week.
 
Yea, i have heard about this dude he started to juice when he was 17yo in HS playing on a hs football team so he is a huge fucker but kinduh slow in the brain though, a side effect perhaps? :lol: but in all seriousness he can squat 1200lbs press 500-700 he is huge

Buy some whey, dont be impressed by tales of poundages. (If you want poundages ask some of the guys on the forum)

Train your body and educate your mind or say hello to 21 years old, bald, kidney failure, AAS dependence. And a lower bench and squat than I naturally had at 19.

Seriously bro, no point in posting a question if you dont listen to the answers.

You are 19, just starting to grow. This is the most naturally anabolic time in your life. just diet and training will give fantastic returns.

If you cant afford Whey then get a job bro. Like Carlito said protein comes from all kinds of sources which are cheap. Diet and training is the way to go or the only person you are kidding is yourself.

for crying out loud who keeps on posting here and btw guys why do you even care? my life my body do what i wish whenever i wish. Smoking weed or drinking beer/vodka or sniffing coke is not any better. So just drop this topic and let me do whatever

i am stopping my m1t cycle after some thinking that ive done today and last pill that i took i consindered to stop. Ill let myself grow naturaly if i did 10 lbs in 4 weeks i can do another 10lb in walk weeks also. And before i know ill be at my goal weight and size. I just would like to say thanks to people who have contributed to my decision.

Also would like to appologize to everyone who i have argued with or have affended.
