Been lurking on some other forums and then here, and now I've finally registered.

First post was in the testing subforum for my mid-cycle bloods. Probably should have started here, lol.

29 y/o, been training for about 3 years. Been reading about gear for maybe a year or so.

Hope to be around for a while!
 
Welcome to meso bro. I see we got your age down lol. Now can we get your height an weight with body fat% along with any future goals you might have?

5'9" 185 ~20%
300/225/370 S/B/D (was 265/200/325 pre-cycle--I am in wk7 of 16 now)

too high BF% for a cycle? almost definitely lol. but sides are manageable and my doc just clocked my BP at 106/60 so no worries so far. after PCT I'll be cutting. I've counted calories and tracked macros for maybe 2 years now, but did a pretty damn dirty "bulk" (i.e. got fat) over the winter. I had this summer planned for my cycle ahead of time because of travel in the spring and fall so cycling @ 20% it is. I'm not concerned with gaining too much weight while on cycle (but I am aware of the issues with cycling at too high a BF%).

my main goal is to hit 200# and probably around 15% BF. nothing crazy. just move up a shirt size or two and stay relatively trim. and 3/2/4 on lifts, then the 1000# club. not goals that require gear but I am certainly enjoying it so far (ofc), so I'm guessing my goals will change as I run more cycles in the future.
