Hi, pretty new to this board, not so new to training/aas, saw a member in a nother thread suggest to someone else to go to the new member section and do an introduction, so figured it would be polite to do the same.
I'm 31 years old, was an athlete growing up (football/basketball), have always been fascinated with sports specific training and nutrition, which got me into weight lifting and such. Up until about 23 years old, only concern was really improving athletic performance and power, now that sports is long out of the picture, just really trying to get in as great of shape as I possibly can.
When I realized sports were not gonna be a reality, I turned my focus on trying to get an education with kinesiology as a major, since sports science, training and helping others are things I'm naturally passionate about. Wanted to do sports specific training for competitive athletes. Unfortunately, some things happened in my personal life where I abandoned that route and started working a job to make quicker, easier money, so although I don't have real credentials, I have absorbed a good wealth of knowledge in the areas of training, supplemenation, nutrition and AAS through the years.
Was a natural mesomorph, did my first REAL cycle at 23 -500mg Test Cyp/600mg EQ Week for 18 weeks.
From ages 23-29, went into a major funk, lived life very recklessly and irresponsibly and didn't give a shit about training and eating right for the most part. Was 5'10, 267 lbs and probably around 28% bf if I had to guess at my lowest point about 4 years ago.
Current stats are:
5'10, 220 lbs, 13% bf
