39 YO worked out a bit while I was younger.... played A and A advanced ball till I was 24 then hung the spikes up.... got lazy and then married with kids.... about a year ago I said enough was enough and started some cardio and a strict diet and lost about 30#s... went from 210 to 180... then for the past year I've been hitting the weights 4 to 5 times a week and running 2 to 4 miles a day.... oh and with my little spare time I like to hunt and bowfish
