Good point. I've been lifting pretty aggressive for about 5 years, and off and on for the 15 before that. These days I tend to run a hybrid power/hypo setup on a 2 days on, 2 off, 2 on (power,off,hypo). I've run roughly 5 cycles in the past 4 years and have been on trt (prescribed) for about 2 years now. Drop the trt and stockpile during a cycle. Just over 5'8 and weighed in at 212 this morning.Welcome,
Usually for a intro you want to give some goals, states, experience with AAS, etc.
