Usually for a intro you want to give some goals, states, experience with AAS, etc.

Good point. I've been lifting pretty aggressive for about 5 years, and off and on for the 15 before that. These days I tend to run a hybrid power/hypo setup on a 2 days on, 2 off, 2 on (power,off,hypo). I've run roughly 5 cycles in the past 4 years and have been on trt (prescribed) for about 2 years now. Drop the trt and stockpile during a cycle. Just over 5'8 and weighed in at 212 this morning.

As for goals... I'm pretty happy with my size, but like to chase the numbers on the power side of the house. Vanity/ego and all.
