I always find these things awkward. I'm an amateur bodybuilder going on about 4 years now. Recently suffered a major break and surgery so I'm benched for now until the physio gives me the thumbs up to head back into the gym.
It sucks not being able to do the thing I love, my mental health and confidence have suffered as a result, I've tried to focus myself on other hobbies but it's horrible walking past a mirror and seeing myself get smaller every week I'm out of action. So here I am, probably go ask a lot of questions about recovery methods/compounds and ways to stabilise my mental health in the meantime.
