I need advice , particularly specifics as pertaineth to do's and dont's as far as diet, what should i know , and do properly. i have heard of that their is a sugar issue with HGH, brings down t-3,t-4 levels. Somebdy out there. School me, i have done quite a few of cycles but i have 240 iu's of GH and i want to maximize it. Help bro's I need ya. I am 5'8 225 lbs, and i want to lean out while gaining good mass.
