I am also about to get blood work done and want to establish a GH baseline as I will start HGH in January for the first time. From my research and still doing, it appears the IGF-1 test is the most recommended test to monitor your GH. Quest has both GH test (#521) and IGF-1 (#16293). I may just do both, but definitely include IGF-1. Ulta Labs also has IGF-1

Not sure, but it's definitely a problem on your end somehow:

Except that as you can see from my bloods, you can have LOWER levels of IGF-1 than before while running real GH:

So, I recently started GH for the first time. Using 6iu pre-bed.

I had my IGF-1 tested after being on it a few weeks, and my levels are lower than they were before...
Only thing I can think of is that I'm on a cut and have been using 50mg Winstrol/day which can lower IGF-1 via IGFBP.

Anyone seen something like this before? Would really hate for it to be bunk...

So you definitely want to test your GH levels, otherwise you will have no idea if what you're injecting is actually GH.

I was told that the correct thing to do is to inject GH, and do a blood test 3 hours later.
