HGH, cjc/ipa, reta = high lipase

2ius a day of HGH, cjc no day/ipa 250mcg each 2x per day and 500mcg 2x per week of reta.

Since starting this stack lipase went from 86 to 190 over 8 weeks.

Reason for concern? Should cycle off? Seem like normal elevation given stack, but I’m not totally sure this is an actual indicator of pancreas stress.

Everything else is normal (even fasted glucose only at 101).

Seems like very modest doses to me.

Fbg of 101 omg that is pretty high imo

Sorry - my bad. It’s actually 100. But given my stack I am on PLUS my other markers, that doesn’t bother me but we are monitoring. Type 2 does run in my family but it doesn’t bother me at this point.
a fbg of 100 is within pre-diabetes range and if you have ANY type of diabetes in your family , it would be worthwhile to consider trying to lower it, have you tried adding berberine? a reading of 100 or higher indicates potential insulin resistance or impaired glucose tolerance, which may lead to diabetes if lifestyle changes are not made,,

its also recommended that you go to "the new member thread" and introduce yourself to the Meso community, and list your stats , goals, experiences etc so people can get a good idea what your on etc, so members can better understand ,, Your post is limited at best,,

Thanks. Appreciate this. My understanding is fbg at 100 isn’t a shocker given cjc/ipa/hgh. But I’m definitely going to keep an eye on it. The rest of my markers that indicate diabetes and/or insulin resistance are in the optimal ranges. But given my stack, I recently just started dihydroberberine. Prior I was tinkering with metformin but I stopped given igf impacts.

I understand the potential concern there. Trust me! But my biggest concern is the lipase level. Amylase isn’t elevated like this. 3 months ago prior to this stack, my lipase was 85 (only other add is slu-pp-332).

Trying to gauge if I should perhaps cycle off. I plan to keep going for another 8 weeks but also don’t want to end up in the ER. Not sure how normal this is with similar stacks.

Was it a blood test by a private lab or did your doctor order it? If the latter, what did they say about the increase in your lipase levels?

This was just a private lab. I go quarterly to make sure nothing is getting crazy.

I haven’t spoken to a doctor yet because (1) not really sure I want to talk about HGH and (2) reta isn’t approved.

But the more I’ve been asking around, I’m fairly confident it’s the reta. While a super low dose, that’s one of the most likely side effects. “Drug induced lipase”.
