Hgh dosage and minimum amount for muscle building gains

Hi. I know I am going to get to told to use the search. However, I have thoroughly searched every thread and post on HgH here. I wanted to try to get thoughts specifically on the amount of Hgh total in your opinion for adding reasonable amounts of muscle. I been on HgH over a year. I can honestly say that on 6-7 IU the muscle gains I have seen have been significantly better then 3-4 IU. I only take things like igf1 and peg and peptides in addition to hgh.

Obviously, hgh is expensive enough where checking with others before increasing that dose is worthwhile. I’m curious…what is that amount in which you noticed major muscle gains with hGH? Let’s say not trying to consider other compounds if possible. I’m considering going up to 8-10iu. I was just curious what others thought? Was there a dose where you noticed a major shift in muscle gains? For me it has been 7iu with an occasional 8iu. But I have only run 7iu for long enough to notice that major difference. Any thoughts on what that amount was for you? Thanks
 
As much as you can for as long as you can.

I noticed 2-4iu make a massive difference in fullness and kept me leaner eating more with IMO is the most significant benefit alongside some better sleep and longevity GH provides. Direct muscle building is a high dose long term game with nowhere near as much to expect as gear.

Use as much GH as you can afford and tolerate.
 
I know you said you weren't interested in compounds other than peptides but it should be said that HGH maximizes even the lowest of testosterone doses in most men. You'll gain much more lean muscle than on GH alone and it's safe to say we know enough about testosterone at this point to understand replacement level dosing and even above is totally safe for the vast majority of the population.

Interesting. Thank you. Ya I’m considering soon. But actually GhG has raised my test from 490 to 699 and I’m feeling pretty good overall. I mean it was not hgh in itself….but I guess the way I been able to heal from lifting more and train differently. But yes I’m def considering for the future. But I figure if I can maintain my physique and keep a test level in the upper 600s I should hold off a bit on the jump to Test. Of course that concern is mainly that it is a possible irreversible move to Test…and could need longer term. But yes I’m pondering for sure just giving it some time.
