HGH Dosing for Sleep, Recovery, and Leaning Out

I was browsing the YTs and got sucked into a Vigorous Steve anabolic round table video. Super long watch but these guys kept on coming back to how effective HGH is at recovery and leaning out. I am not currently on any AAS, just bpc-157 combined with a regimented workout routine and diet. However, I'm 45 and some of these two hour upper body sessions can wreck me for a few days. What is a dose you guys would recommend trying of HGH for the goals of recovery? And what levels of IGF-1 should I be looking for?

2-3iu is enough. Aim for 200-400 IGF-1

Do you guys normally get a baseline IGF-1 before starting? Or is it $100 wasted? Also, how long should I wait after starting HGH to test IGF-1? Thx!
$100? Damn, try asking your doctor for it, it should be free. Also, getting a baseline is useless because exogenous rHGH will suppress your natural production, and after starting rHGH, you should wait at least 2-3 weeks before doing a test.

Would be useful for those considering anti-aging low doses of rHGH, to verify they're not ending up with IGF lower than they started with.

Wait why would the baseline IGF-1 test be useless? Don’t you want to know where you are before adding GH? For example, if I’m naturally at 200 igf1, and after 4 weeks at 2iu I test at 205, I know that 2iu is kind of a waste. Am I missing something?

No, you got it. Technically hgh would still be giving you some downstream benefits beyond igf1 even if you just hit your baseline, but I wouldn’t think those benefits are close to comparable to putting yourself at high normal 300-400 igf1. I do think one of the hot anti aging trends with hgh is to put yourself just slightly over where you are naturally.

You're using rHGH for sleep, recovery, and leaning out—as you said. But if you really want to track your IGF-1 levels, sure, you can get a baseline test. I just think it's unnecessary in your case, especially considering the cost. But if you can afford it, go for it.
