HGH ed or eod

Would it be better to do 5 iu before bed everyday or 10hgh before bed every other day
i use 5 ius everday as mentioned, i been doing post workout lately, , no rhyme or reason except to move away from nightly, as i believe it was fucking with my sleep, tbd though because my sleep is still shit, im talking deep sleep mode and amount of times awake at night, but as long as you get your hgh in on a consistent daily basis i think it will be just fine,,
 
Doing 5 IU every day is probably the better way to go than 10 IU every other day. Just considering the half-life, the other option doesn’t really make much sense

There's so many differing opinions on GH protocols it's one of those things where you need to experiment to see what works best for you. You will find the consensus is daily injections and most of those guys do the nightly bolus. That's what works best for me as well. My suggestion is don't complicate it. Just get your bolus in every 24hrs. You could split for improved lipolysis but I think it's best to keep it simple, especially if you're just starting out on GH.

Not sure if we'll ever see OP again but this is in agreement with my general opinion.

The only thing that ever made a difference was total dose amount.

For example: you taking 6 IU/d and want better results?
Going up to 8 IU is better than splitting 6 IU into two 3 IU shots AM & PM
 
I was watching a chase irons videos where he was saying eod would lead to higher igf-1 levels and avoid gh resistance. Is this concern with long term use?

Someone posted a study that showed a benefit of EOD but it wasn't very compelling; ie, I don't think anyone switched to EOD because of it

I switched from twice daily to once daily for convenience, mainly to be less of a pin cushion

I just started 2 iu Ed.
After the first few days I moved to early afternoon because I am finding it hard to fall asleep and hard to get up.
I am going to move up an hour and week and see how my body responds.
While sleep has always been a challenge, I am looking forward to that deep hgh sleep everyone talks about.

Studies show bedtime administered rHGH is more likely to unmask borderline sleep apnea, disrupting sleep, causing morning tiredness, while earlier dosing avoids this effect.

If you snore that's a sign this probobly applies.

That makes sense, I am exhausted in the morning and snore when I take it before bed.
I take it between 2-4pm and seem to be ok

rHGH boosts lung function and deep breathing (by a lot), and remodels the lungs very fast (often within weeks).

This is a great thing, but the deeper breathing combined with some edema in neck tissues causing swelling can be enough to push borderline sleep apnea over the edge. The older you are the more pronounced this improved lung function can be. (ex smokers with COPD sometimes get it off label because it improves their ability to breath).

Earlier dosing allows the swelling part of this formula to settle down before sleep (the deep breathing continues).

Also, with long term use, rHGH edema often fades. so night time injections may not be a problem after a while if you ever feel like trying again after a few months.
 
A lot of the anti-aging docs advise for am dosing now while fasted. The modern anti-aging dose is also like 0.9-1.5iu so I don’t know how relevant the timing is in relation to the dosing people are doing on here. For me personally if I do night dosing it’s best to keep it 3-4 hours before sleep and away from carbs otherwise my sleep gets shittier.
